We had a houseguest over the weekend, which I always love because I get to indulge my hostess tendencies. I made SPAM dip and tacos (not on the same night ;-)) and Paul grilled flank steak, which is the hot cut of meat since the New York Times did an article about it last week (I could barely get near the flank steak at the supermarket–everyone was interested). Next weekend is our summer party, so I’m finding it hard to focus on work when all I want to do it prepare! The cooking will begin Wednesday.
